How we raise and direct funds
Our giving is powered by the collective generosity of our people, amplified by FCTG's matched contributions, and directed to our chosen partners through employee-led grants.
Workplace giving
Staff donate from as little as $5 a week via pre-tax payroll. FCTG covers all admin costs so every dollar reaches our partners.
Dollar-for-dollar match
FCTG matches every employee donation dollar for dollar, doubling the impact of every contribution our people make.
Directed to partners
Funds flow to our ongoing charity partners and through our Giving Grants program, with grant recipients voted on by staff.
Local roots, global reach
Our corporate giving spans two complementary programs — one focused on the communities closest to home, one connecting us to grassroots organisations all over the world.
Flight Centre Foundation
The Flight Centre Foundation has been our charitable home for over 15 years — raising more than $20 million for local communities through the generosity of our staff. Employees give via workplace payroll deductions, with FCTG matching every dollar.
FCTG Gives
Launched in 2026, FCTG Gives opens our giving to everyone — staff, suppliers, partners, customers and the wider public — connecting them with over 50 grassroots organisations across 40+ countries via The Intrepid Foundation's global network.
