We have some exciting changes to announce.
Our two brands, Escape Travel and Cruiseabout will be getting a fresh makeover to emerge as part of either the flagship Flight Centre brand or the luxury specialist brand, Travel Associates. So while your store may change its look, all contact details of your local consultant will stay the same.
The changes will not impact on our consultant roles. You will remain in the safe hands of your current consultant, they will just be wearing a different uniform!
We are committed to ensuring the best customer service for our customers and we want to confirm that this has no effect on existing bookings. For those customers who may have booked through interest free financing, there will be no changes to the interest free finance agreement.
So why is this happening? We believe the strength of the two brands combined will provide even more expertise and product for our customers, ensuring they have no reason to go anywhere else for all their travel needs.
These changes will happen over the next two months.
